Cancellation and Refund Policy on Service
1. Customers may request to cancel a service order(e.g., fulfillment or warehousing) within 2 months notice period.
2. Any work already commenced (e.g., picking/packing or inbound handling) will be charged accordingly.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
4. A 10% administrative fe may be deducted fro, approved refunds.
